Aldo Bruno Maria Teardo and Arianna Teardo were born, developed and perfected their studies in Venice.

Aldo Bruno Maria Teardo began his career in the art, study and knowledge of glass by collaborating with La Murrina.
From his acquired synthesis of technique and art, he creates each of his projects for glass and any other material suitable for lighting and realised in industrial form, always maintaining an artistic form, the sign of a creative and free hand.

The evolution of the 'way of making light' and their know-how pushes their creativity to new generation materials by collaborating with well-known companies in the sector.

Their relationship with light is a mature one, a relationship in which one can read their philosophy, of balancing form and function, of reconciling creativity with market reality, of translating their ideas onto an application level.

Inventing new forms, for them, means translating a concept of space into practical application.

Translating what they create into applicability does not mean limiting themselves or sinning on imagination, but performing that educational action towards new forms, new functions that the designer has towards the catchment area he or she addresses.

They certainly have within them forms that have never been expressed, or rather only designed, but they also have within them a balanced critical awareness between what the market can recognise and understand and what it will only be able to recognise and understand in the not too near future.
